The office was established by Shiro Sakakibara on November 1, 1998 to provide professional services to companies located in Kansai area who may need accurate, reliable and proactive services.
Shiro Sakakibara is a member of Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountant as well as a member of Japanese Federation of Certified Public Tax Accountant's Association.
He was born in 1952. After graduating from Kansai University, he joined Price Waterhouse Osaka in 1974 and qualified as a certified public accountant in 1980. He has had overseas postings to Price Waterhouse offices in Amsterdam and London from February 1988 to August 1993. He commenced his own consulting business in October 1998.
He has considerable experiences in consulting on the cross border transactions of multi-national corporations, including transfer pricing, merger and acquisitions, etc., as well as ordinary corporation and individual income tax matters.
